1. Cancellation charge before check- in 30 days : 5 % charge (if deposit paid by Bank transfer, bank fee and administrative fee will be deducted).
2. Cancellation charge before check- in 21 days : Deposits are non refundable
3. Early check out or Modified : 50 % Charge of the less period
